Construction safety is about more than controlling physical hazards. Stress, fatigue, conflict, injury, production pressure, personal challenges, and exposure to serious incidents can influence attention, communication, judgment, and decision-making. This workbook extends the PDR training beyond the classroom and into daily construction operations.
